It currently has 8 branches in the US and a BSP-accredited agency in Manila, enabling it to assist passengers anywhere in the US or Philippines. Moreover, with its Philippine office, it is able to issue Philippine domestic ticket, travel packages and fares to various international destinations.

The Philippine branch also holds a wide variety of hotel and resort contracts, thus able to provide affordable room nights and packages in and around the Philippines.

Our Technology

Our technology provides global access to the best fares and most reliable and bookable travel content. It ensures that access to content and fares is an efficient process so that you are able to obtain and organize your travel needs while spending the least amount of time browsing and searching.

The technology behind our computer application systems and infrastructure was developed in-house, by our very own Information Systems Department (ISD). ISD handles software application development, software framework development, infrastructure and server design and technical support.

Software Development
The software applications developed by the ISD include the Mango Tours website, flight booking engine, web services, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and other intranet applications. We employ various technologies during our development phases such as Microsoft .NET platform and some open source systems. Our core flight booking engine, web services and CRM were developed using Microsoft .NET technology and our Voice over Internet Protocol (VOIP) using open source systems.

To ensure safe, easy and convenient online booking, our website provides Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protection with 256-bit encryption and payment gateway. Our SSL certificate is certified by GoDaddy and Authorized.net is our payment gateway services provider.

Our Data Center
Our servers are located in our data center in the United States. With our international Internet backbone, our connections range from OC192, OC48 and from 100 Mbps to 10,000 Mbps. In addition to our backbone, we have backup transit from multiple providers worldwide to ensure data transfer using the shortest possible routes. Our high-security data center operates 24/7 with back-up power and card-keyed doors while enforcing other onsite security measures.
