Job Location: Makati, Philippines
Organizes and directs the day-to-day activities related to the operation of the TFI Call Center.
Responsible for supervising, training, and guiding agents in performing their duties, provides support, reports, resolves problems, and complaints.
Monitors agents & contact center performance, and analyzes reports and help develop schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels.
Graduate of any four-year course (Bachelor's degree in Tourism is an advantage)
Three (3) years Customer Service experience with at least two (2) year supervisory experience in leading teams (Call Center environment, Travel account preferred)
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Excellent command of the English language
Good knowledge of commonly used Word processing, Excel, and Powerpoint presentations
Knowledge in basic staffing and scheduling for BPO environment.

The primary job function of a travel specialist is to handle online booking transactions (hotel and air ticket). The qualified candidate will ensure the availability of service, support, and dedication of the company. He/She is expected to provide all necessary reports (ticketed summary, daily sales report, incentive log, sub agent commission, etc.) and follow the Quality Control checklist.
Preferably knowledgeable in Amadeus reservation and ticketing platform
Having at least one (1) year of work experience in the travel industry (travel agency, hotel, airport, car rentals) is a plus
Must possess good English and Tagalog communication and customer relations skills
Must be willing to work on weekends*
