Mango Tours' Company Conference
Customer service and satisfaction have always been one of the biggest focuses on how Mango Tours does its business. Through the years, the company has aimed to make each travel experience better and more affordable. Only with the help of goal-driven and hardworking employees, and some of the biggest brands in the travel industry can this company truly shine as the travel consolidator it is today.
This year, Mango Tours held its second company conference titled “Embracing the Future of Travel”, at the Piccadilly Inn Shaw in Fresno, California. The goal of the conference was to look back at the recent changes and achievements made and take them even further. Bringing all of the elements that make the company great together in one venue, the event was a medium which allowed the company to communicate and improve many aspects of its business.
Spearheading this conference was the the big man himself, the company president, Johnny Francisco. He gave a few rousing words to get people ready for the great presentations that were soon to follow.
Over 45 travel agents of Mango Tours and several industry leaders including China Southern, Amadeus IT Group, Globus, Princess Cruises, Travel Guard, and HanaTour will come together for a conversation on the future of travel and its importance to the company’s continuous growth and success.

Each employee was refreshed on their role and reminded just how important they were to the company. All of this for the goal of making user-friendly travel systems and customer-satisfying services using the available technology of today.
According to Juan "Jappy" Francisco III, the company's vice president, “The future of travel is technology. Arming your business with state-of-the-art technological advancements translates into ease of use for your customers.". He believes that modern technology can further increase the ease and speed of travel bookings in this century where instant results are what people are expecting.

Along with the main speakers, key employees from multiple department within the company also presented the most recent numbers generated by the business, giving the employees goals to reach, mistakes to correct and positive news regarding the statistics.
But it wasn't just all business either as the group enjoyed fun games and prizes at the Woodward Park in Fresno, California. This was necessary to build and strengthen bonds between the different workers and create a friendlier atmosphere where acceptance and friendly competition would drive people to do their best.
The event would not have come to fruition without the support of China Southern, Mango Tours’ exclusive airline partner for this conference. With their know-how on airline digital travel trends and knack for reasonable airfare prices, they were a big help and a great source of information to boost the company’s sales performance.
The company conference is like the polishing of a machine’s gears and mechanisms, ensuring that the operation goes smoothly. Working together with the different airlines, IT companies, insurance specialists and more, Mango Tours will grow and expand further as travel consolidator and as partners for travelers in America and the Philippines.
Mango Tours is also grateful to the following sponsors that made the event a great success:
