Filipino Food Pick: Leche Flan

Leche Flan, also known as Creme Caramel, is the Filipinos' most loved dessert. It is made up of egg yolks, sugar, milk and vanilla extract and is usually steamed over an open flame or stove.

Said to be originated in Europe, Leche Flan has had a lot of versions throughout the world, with interesting shapes and sizes as well as luscious caramel flavor.
