Travel Specialist

Job Description:

  • The primary job function of a travel specialist is to handle online booking transactions (hotel and air ticket). The qualified candidate will ensure the availability of service, support, and dedication of the company. He/She is expected to provide all necessary reports (ticketed summary, daily sales report, incentive log, sub agent commission, etc.) and follow the Quality Control checklist.


  • Preferably knowledgeable in Amadeus reservation and ticketing platform
  • Having at least one (1) year of work experience in the travel industry (travel agency, hotel, airport, car rentals) is a plus
  • Must possess good English and Tagalog communication and customer relations skills
  • Must be willing to work on weekends*

Multimedia Artist/Designer

Job Location: Makati, Philippines

Job Responsibilities:

  • Put together disparate elements of design such as photographs, videos, vector icons, and/or typography - whichever is fit for advertising purposes
  • Produce and edit videos with the latest techniques
  • Provide and optimize materials in the creation of e-mailers, newsletters, and website landing pages
  • Work together with the marketing team to create cohesive designs that reflect the corporate look & feel, culture, and business goals of the company
  • Create designs of travel advertisements for TV, print, website and social media platforms
  • Generate clear ideas, concepts, and designs of creative assets from beginning to end
  • Stays on top of the latest standards, changes, trends in the visual design field
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Must be willing to travel (must know videography/photography)


  • Must have at least 2 years experience
  • Must possess a strong portfolio of both design and video editing works
  • Must have experience using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, AfterEffects and Premiere
  • The ability to refine other people's ideas and come up with new ones to create a highly designed visual experience
  • Well organized, responsible and dedicated, with the ability to work on multiple projects and deliver refined design in a short time
  • Self-learning, able to learn new tools quickly and work in a fast-evolving environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to absorb and apply constructive criticism from peers and clients

Tours Specialist

Job Location: San Mateo, California


  • A degree in Travel & Tourism is a plus although some college education is sufficient. Employer will provide on the job training
  • Knowledge in geography and some history is required
  • Assist travelers with their travel needs such as visas, documents, passports, etc.
  • Must have excellent customer service skills, telephone manner, strong communication, and sales skills
  • Arrange tour accommodation including flights and insurance using a booking system
  • Advise clients on travel arrangements, e.g. visas and passports

Administrative Assistant

Job Location: Mango Tours Headquarters San Mateo, CA

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Providing clerical and administrative support to HR Department
  • Compiling and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
  • Process employees leave form requests and coordinate with payroll department regarding employee leave each pay period
  • Maintain/update excel record of employees leave
  • Process documentation and reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, etc.)
  • Properly handle complaints and grievances procedures
  • Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
  • Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
  • Learn the basic US labor law specifically minimum wage changes and updates

Job Description:

  • Responsible in monitoring and maintaining computer system, and networks.
  • Installation and configuration of computer hardware, operating system and applications.
  • Support agents from the United States via TeamViewer or phone call regarding technical issues.
  • Assisting company employees related to their technical problems.
  • Manage telephone server
  • Updating the company equipment inventory


  • Candidate must be a fresh graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in IT or Computer Science
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Up-to-date technical knowledge
  • Specialized in Computer Hardware and Software
  • Has the ability to troubleshoot/assemble/disassemble computer hardware/software
