To the North of New Zealand lies the the most populated urban city of the country, Auckland. The island’s population makes up around 32% of the entire population. Since it has the largest Polynesian population amongst its islands, you're sure to catch a glimpse of the local people, their many crafts and maybe even some customs of theirs. Even with their roots deeply planted in their past and culture, the citizens of Auckland and its city are ready to advance into the modern age fearlessly with amazing man-made marvels found within its territory.
Enjoy a vacation in the clean and green air of New Zealand! In Auckland, you can visit the Parnell Village, Auckland’s oldest suburban area. You can also check out the Michael Joseph Savage memorial park, a well-kept area with a tall obelisk dedicated to New Zealand’s first Labour Prime Minister. If you’re looking for something a little more modern, head over to Queen Street where a collection of fun shops and restaurants can be found.
